1. InsuranceContacts on VSP Choice
VSP Choice: generalized example prices, not supplied or endorsed by VSP. Copays differ by plan and employer, so this practice's will not all match.
Optional. Paste it once it is final and it picks the frame fit and the lenses. Not final yet? Skip it: step 3 recommends from their answers.

Tap the shape that fits, and the frame styles that balance it appear here.
Plan pays up to $150 at retail, then 20% off the rest.
3. Lenses

Reference notes
- The prescription is optional. With one, step 2 says what any frame has to allow at that power and step 3 ticks the lenses it calls for, with why. Before the doctor has finalized it, step 3 recommends from the answers alone and leaves the material for the prescription to decide. Anything you tick or clear yourself stays as you left it when an answer or the prescription changes. The prescription is never saved, and Clear takes it with the order.
- Every option on the order carries an information dot: what it is, why it helps, when to offer it, a line you can say to the patient as written, and what to be straight about before they find it.
- VSP Choice, Signature, and Advantage start from generalized example prices. VSP did not supply them, they are not VSP's published rates, and they are no substitute for checking the patient's benefits. Confirm each sheet against your fee schedule under Prices.
- EyeMed, Davis, and Spectera/UHC start as typical estimates. Copays and the frame allowance vary by employer group — the first time you see a group, tap "Add from authorization" and copy the numbers. After that it's one tap.
- Frames: the plan pays up to its allowance at retail, and the patient gets the plan's percentage off the rest. The frame allowance on every plan is an estimate until a manager confirms it.
- Superior is a discount plan: enter the retail lens price and the patient pays the discounted amount (40% off by default, changeable under Prices).
- UV must be added to AR (Tech Elite / Blue / Crizal) and to Xperio on VSP.
- Xperio tiers by plan: EyeMed Tier 1 · VSP Tier 2 / Coating C · Spectera Tier 3 · Davis Tier 4 (Ultimate).
- Totals are before sales tax.
